「チェックインの際に名前を伝えた段階でため息をつかれ、重いスーツケースを部屋まで運んではくれましたがぶつぶつと文句を言われ、まったく歓迎されている感じではありませんでした。 部屋にはデスクとイスがありましたが、イスに座るとぐらついたので、その旨を伝えると午後に外出している間に交換されていました。ですが、そのイスに座るとデスクにちょうどあごが乗るくらいの低いイスでしたので、結局、座ることはありませんでした。3泊しましたが、その間タオルやコーヒーカップも交換してもらえず、毎日フロントまで自分でタオルなどを持っていかなくてはなりませんでした。シャワーの排水口も詰まりかけていた状態で、シャワーする際にはシャワーのお湯が床にたまり、足が浸かっている状態でした。滞在している間はずっとその状況に耐えなくてはなりませんでした。 他のゲストにはにこやかに対応をしている様子でしたので、きちんと対応するゲストと適当に無視するゲストを選んでいたのかもしれません。 二度と滞在したいとは思いませんし。他の人にもおすすめできるゲストハウスではないです。」

「Charming rooms, delicious breakfast, and a2 minute walk across a parking lot to the BPM. They even arranged off street parking for our car. I'll stay there the next time I go back.」

「Good accommodation in a great location for our needs. Shower and kitchen a bit small but ok for a short stay. Our host was an unusual character. Hard to get hold of before arrival and then seemingly uncomfortable with dogs? I had selected dog friendly accommodation only but there was no place to confirm dogs in attendance. We were contacted whilst out to say the dog was distressed. Although this was later downgraded. We we contacted or called on each day of our stay (?) which got a...

「Amazing B&B with great views and brilliant team. The lounge is comfortable and the honesty bar is a really nice touch. Rooms are very well maintained and serviced each day. The welcome we received was extra warm and our children settled quickly. The breakfast selection was spot in, good range and quality. Short walk to the town and free parking outside. We will certainly use again.」
