Lovely stay

Lovely stay, the room was very clean and had coffee/tea facilities and a fridge. Water was hot and good pressure for a shower. Room was a little snug but it is fine for a night or two. 15 min walk to York and parking. Area seemed safe

Great quiet location and a good nights sleep

This isnt a manned hotel.. Its comfortable clean rooms in an unoccupied house. That being said its secure warm and a great stay. Slept really well. The bathroom and shower where great. 10 min walk into town great quiet location. I had to contact owners as door code wasn't received. Call was answered quickly and help was brilliant

Great communication, we only stayed 1 night. Walking distance to the Shambles and great shops. We were even allowed to leave our luggage there until we were ready to go.

Excellent place to stay very convenient for york city centre (20 minute walk). Toomm was clean and well presented. The owners keep you informed of the check in procedure which was very easy to follow and straightforward.

Nice room. 10 minute walk to town centre so very convenient. Complimentary bottles of water. Good contact with hosts. I left my tablet in the room when we checked out, good communication to get it returned to me

Perfect long weekend stay

A great long weekend stay. Lovely room stocked with all we needed. Clean, comfortable and good space. Clear self check in and parking instructions. Hosts made sure we were happy with everything and gave a super breakfast recommendedation! Ideal location for short walk into York. Doddle of a check out too.

Place and service was excellent and the owner helped us so much with check in and parking , only 1 issue with our stay the 10am check out wasn’t late enough think 11am would be a lot better for all clients . But nice place and had a great sleep very peaceful
