「Everything was just perfect! Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and refreshing pools. The free shuttle to the park is super convenient, and the front desk made everything so simple by booking our tickets and giving us tips. Breakfast had lots of local flavors too. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely recommend to friends!」

「our host here has to be the best we’ve encountered! she was extremely helpful with sightseeing directions , accommodating with the room and food, instantly responsive to requests. we somehow had quite a bunch of requests too. I felt really bad but she was so great. This trip would have been a lot harder to navigate if it wasn’t for her help. She even went beyond what is normally expected, helping us with the next leg of our trip in China. highly, highly recommend the place, very clean, beautiful...

「The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend. 」

「Our butler, Andy, provided exceptional service and he went above and beyond with helping us plan our entire tour of the three scenic sites. He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa. If you get the chance ask for terry he was very knowledgeable of the park and the city and was an amazing guide and experience of my trip!」

He arranged all our local tours exactly as we wanted, he is knowledgeable about the area and all the local attractions, and his art is beautiful as well. Absolutely recommend. 」
