「The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend. 」

「The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist spot of Wulingyuan, and there are restaurants and food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and kindly explained the sightseeing route to us, so we were able to get around smoothly. Thank you. It was a great hotel.」

「Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures.」

He arranged all our local tours exactly as we wanted, he is knowledgeable about the area and all the local attractions, and his art is beautiful as well. Absolutely recommend. 」

「We loved our stay here in November. Vivi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. I unfortunately came down with food poisoning (from an outside restaurant) and Vivi was so sweet and brought me ginger tea and fruit to help! They walked us through the best routes for the national park and gave us great tips and advice. 「I had a very nice stay here. The family that own the hotel are very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to look after me. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the Aircon kept me cool. There are lots of shops and places to eat on their street. I would definitely stay there again.」
