「Plenty of good food, the pool was clean and well kept. 」

「The guys on reception were so helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. Free drop off to park entrance, 5 mins away and would pick us up as arranged on WeChat. Lovely and peaceful place to stay, extremely comfortable rooms, bed etc and shower had great pressure…..a real favourite in a hotel for us.」

「Great small boutique hotel. David and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and with state of the art technology. They picked us up from the train station and they also take you to the (east) entrance to the national forest which is only 3 minutes away. They will also arrange all of the tickets. 」

「Absolutely loved my stay here. Ming and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving Ming got a map out of the park and advised me on how to spend my two days there. The included breakfast was very robust. The views from the pool/room were awesome and it was dead silent. It's just a 10-15 min walk to the park entrance and it's super easy to get a DiDi called to the hotel to take you into town. The hotel also has a restaurant so it's very easy to do dinner there as well....

「Really great stay. Large spacious rooms with amazing views of Tianmen Mountain. Owner is super sweet and accommodating. Restaurant at the guesthouse is some of the best food we’ve had on the trip for an excellent value - close to downtown and the airport. Note that on DiDi / AMaps it only comes up as Zhangjiajie Bantian Homestay.」

「宿泊に関してはとても快適でしたが、ホテルの入り口が地下にあって、地上に表示もないので分かりにくく、最初は迷ってしまいました。隣り（隣接したいる）のビルはデパートで、飲食店もたくさんあり、スーパーもあるので食べるのには困りませんでした。ただ、地下鉄の駅は遠いので、交通の面では不便かも。」

「The stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing!!! My room and the hotel's condition was extremely clean. Staff and workers were exceptionally polite and helpful. Especially one of the staff members named Wendy, who also spoke great English. She helped me by suggesting great attractions in Zhangjiajie, arranging me with tickets to each attraction with the best class, and made sure the stay, not only in the hotel but also Zhangjiajie, was absolutely phenomenal. Planning on going back in the future....

「The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist spot of Wulingyuan, and there are restaurants and food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and kindly explained the sightseeing route to us, so we were able to get around smoothly. Thank you. It was a great hotel.」

「Die Unterkunft war schön und die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel lag etwas abgeschieden, wir haben nur Taxi und Didi benutzt, was in China nicht teuer ist.」
