「Helpful staff with itineraries. Shoutout to Anne who organised this on arrival」

「We had room 301. Amazing views but the treadmill didn't work. The room was very clean and had a nice platform to drink tea and enjoy the views. There is also a jacuzzi to enjoy. The room is very big and spacious.」

「Muy bonita estancia, repetiría sin duda. Todo genial」

「I had received great service and extra help from one of the front counter host, named "Iris" at this hotel. Iris constantly survey the lobby area to see if any guest wuld need help and she tides up the front hotel area keeping it clean when she is not working at the front guest counter. When I was having eSIM and phone trouble unable to connect to connect to DiDI or Alispay, she came over and offered her help to set my phone up to correct WiFi and Data Roaming settings. She also helped me to...

「What was unique about this place is the staff, spechially Tiffany. She helped us alot during our stay.」

「Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. 」

「The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist spot of Wulingyuan, and there are restaurants and food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and kindly explained the sightseeing route to us, so we were able to get around smoothly. Thank you. It was a great hotel.」

「Great Room And Super Friendly Staff. Always Willing To Help. Very Accessible Location」
