「Nous avons passé trois agréables nuits à l’hotel Thirty One. Le personnel était très aimable et nous avons eu beaucoup d’aide pour planifier notre séjour à Zhangjiajie. Une ambiance très « auberge de jeunesse » qui est forte agréable.」

「The hotel is clean and so as the room. The staff specially crystal helped us a lot and send us airport transfer when we came. She’s very accommodating and nice she deserve a pay rise. The hotel is near the tianmen bus ride just around the corner. There’s also lots of restaurants near the area. Only 10 mins. Away to the airport. The breakfast has lots of choices and nice noodles.」

「The hotel is not as clean or nice as it appears in the photos, and the facilities themselves feel quite outdated. Additionally, smoking seems to be allowed throughout the property, and there was a strong smell of tobacco in the room. While the staff are generally friendly, the overall quality of the facilities is not very satisfactory. In particular, I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. 「I loved my short stay here, especially how clean my room was. Was nice to have the fancy heated toilet haha for a change, the automated curtains and light control panel was a good touch. Was nice to get complimentary breakfast. We only speak English so using our phone was not difficult. Great location too!」

「Stunning Grand Hotel quality for a fraction of 5Star price. Just NOT to look for it on DiDi by name, only by address: Avatar Valley Grand Hotel is actually “ Zhangjiajie Country Garden Phoenix Hotel” We had luck with a friendly DiDi driver that helped us and called their local number to verify location. Breakfast buffet room looks like an Opera House. Swimming Pools are huge. Not crowded at all for the 1400 rooms available. Late August, maybe seeemed maybe 10% occupied. Amazingly helpful Staff...
