「The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend. 」

Sara contacted me once I booked and she help me with everything from airport transfer to getting a private guide for the national forest on a days notice! If you get the chance ask for terry he was very knowledgeable of the park and the city and was an amazing guide and experience of my trip!」

「This place is fantastic! Right by the Avatar peaks, with stunning views. The pools are so refreshing, the breakfast is delicious, and the free shuttle is a huge plus. The English-speaking staff were incredibly helpful—they arranged all our tours and tickets, making the whole trip stress-free. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly organized. 10/10 would stay again!」

「Lovely and homely stay at the lodge. We were pleasantly upgraded to a cabin room which we loved. Rain was extremely welcoming and helped us with all our luggage and even brought out a heater to our room as soon as we asked. Great communication, amazing location for the Zhangjaijei mountains, and Rain even dropped us and picked us up. There is a tea master as well who makes home made teas and some cute pets. Truly feels like a lovely family run cosy home. Would definitely recommend!」

「Great hotel! The owner, Carol, very nice and helpful. Full of recommendations for the park. Basically a guide. She is wonderful, and the hotel is very nice, filled with great people. Just for Carol I would recommend. But overall, great hotel. 」

「David and the staff were amazing, inviting us even to share in their New Year’s dinner. The location is gorgeous although a bit remote, so plan to organize your activities in advance if you can since getting a ride from DiDi can be a challenge. 」

「Wonderful place with a wonderful owner. We were here in December and in that time of the year, be prepared to have warm clothes. As in every house around, you wear warm clothes inside as well. No central heating but AC in the rooms. The owner of the place is very helpful and everything can be solved thanks to a translation device/application, good mood and patience. It’s a bit remote so calculate with some taxi journeys to get around. Situated in the Luoguta neighbourhood, Xiejia Road. Also:...
