「The location offer a perfect calm and relaxing expérience. With an incredible mountain view. The staff is incredibly kind and helpfull with all activity. They offer ou a transport option. We tried 2 types of rooms both was incredible but the superior room for 4 pax has a stunning view. Even if it's foggy it's a perfect experience !」

「The stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing!!! My room and the hotel's condition was extremely clean. Staff and workers were exceptionally polite and helpful. Especially one of the staff members named Wendy, who also spoke great English. She helped me by suggesting great attractions in Zhangjiajie, arranging me with tickets to each attraction with the best class, and made sure the stay, not only in the hotel but also Zhangjiajie, was absolutely phenomenal. Planning on going back in the future....

「The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist spot of Wulingyuan, and there are restaurants and food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and kindly explained the sightseeing route to us, so we were able to get around smoothly. Thank you. It was a great hotel.」

Auxiliaram em transporte, reservas de atrações, alimentação etc. Eu e minha esposa, como não falantes do chinês, não tivemos qualquer dificuldade, pois os anfitriões fizeram de tudo para nos oferecer o melhor. Café da manhã estilo chinês raiz, experiência única. O quarto bastante confortável, no nível de um hotel de luxo. Valeu a pena ficar em Tianzishan, ao invés de Zhangjiajie ou Wulingyuan, pois para chegar...

「중국어를 하나도 못하는 나였지만 직원분들이 다들 핸드폰으로 번역해서 어떻게 해서든 알려주시고 여행 스케줄, 안부인사등 완벽했습니다. 객실은 에어컨 잘나오고 따스한물 잘나오고 약간의 세월의 흔적은 있지만 대체적으로 깨끗 조식은 우링위안에서는 최고인듯해여 ㅎㅎ 밖에 음식보다 나아요 ~ 」
