「It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us.」

「Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. 」

Additionally, smoking seems to be allowed throughout the property, and there was a strong smell of tobacco in the room. 「We had the most wonderful experience, Andy (the manager) was in direct contact with us even before the trip and he arranged for our pick up even when we changed the departure point at the last minute. He made our honeymoon absolutely lovely and special at this hotel! The room was absolutely wonderful, large, with amazing views. The facilities are breathtaking, swimming pool was great.
