"The lady on the front desk was super helpful. Amazing hotel in an amazing place ."

"Lee's is in a great location, right on the river and an easy walk to the east gate of the national park. The staff are wonderful, they go above and beyond and made my staff excellent."

"If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Pandora Boutique Hotel isn't just beautiful -- it's the staff that makes this a truly wonderful experience. Zhangjiajie National Park can be difficult to do without a tour group, but the owner was extraordinary. She would lay out plans for us each night, from helping us with trip bookings to highlighting the best look-out spots to detailing bus routes that we needed to take down to the minute. I would also highly recommend eating at the hotel for...

"We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even picking us up from the station upon our arrival, which made our trip much more convenient and welcoming. Throughout our stay, the host provided exceptional service and was always quick to assist whenever we had any requests. Their hospitality truly exceeded our expectations and made us feel well cared for. The view from the property was absolutely magnificent and one of the highlights of...

"Room was clean. The staff is friendly. The location is great."

"Mr.Xiao the lobby manager was so helpful , and had so many suggestions of how to best spend our time in 武陵源。 A very pleasant stay. High quality hotel, even if a little dated."

"We had a really good time at the hotel, grace and all the staff were so helpful and kind. Very stunning location around the mountains. The shuttle transfer was so easy to arrange thanks to grace. Would highly recommend staying here"

"We had a great time at Panorama Peaks Lodge. It is such a beautiful and serene property surrounded by the mountains. The family who run the property are so kind and so helpful, they organised everything for us including pick up from the airport and drop off to attractions. Everything we ate was cooked in house and tasted delicious. We would definitely recommend staying here if you like to be out of the hustle and bustle. Staying at Panorama Peaks Lodge has definitely made our trip much more...

"This hotel is a beautiful old building with spacious peaceful courtyards. The location is great. However, it is very rundown - I'm not talking about faded elegance - I'm talking about neglect and poor management. I have the impression that the owners are running this place into the ground with a view to demolition in the near future, so that it can be replaced with one of the ugly, but doubtless more profitable, glass and concrete boxes that already surround it. The bathroom was filthy, covered...

"The owner made things very easy for us. The best host even we had a language barrier, she tried her best to help us. We had very generous breakfast. The property is very clean. The site location scenery are fantastic. We had a room with glass all around. We would recommend this place to everyone. We would like to suggest to Expedia is to put the adresse of the Warm place clearer with the phone number of the owner and her her name so we can contact her. We spent 3hours with the local taxi...
