「The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tiffany was especially helpful with booking trips and giving us valuable recommendations for parks and activities to enjoy. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. 「The staff were very helpful especially for planning tours and laundry completed on time as requested. Rooms were modern and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was sufficient and not crowded. Afternoon tea was welcome after sightseeing.」

「The window sofa is a lovely spot to enjoy the view, and the tip for the morning mist was really useful. On foggy days, the view can disappear completely. Still, I had a relaxing stay.」

「The room was well appointed and had a scenic view of the mountains. The shower had hot water and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with all kinds of services available. The breakfast was tasty with a wide assortment of options. Good coffee machine with espresso. The area is quiet and secluded - I saw some beautiful birds in the nearby trees. I also tried food from their restaurant and it was cooked well.」

「If you want easy access, a wonderful person help planning the best sites, and willing to help. She is amazing and recommend staying here.」

「The room was spotless and gorgeous. James went out of his way to help us in anything and everything. We travel constantly all over the world, but this was a truly remarkable experience. The owners were alway available and helpful, the tent hotel setup was impressive, and Zhangjiajie mountains are unbelievable. We are definitely coming back」

「Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. 」

「Great place to stay, minutes walk to the East gate of Wulingyuan scenaric sites. Lots of eateries. Exceeded expectations!」
