「The property is really nice and decent complimentary breakfast. The staff were very amazing and helpful! Sara contacted me once I booked and she help me with everything from airport transfer to getting a private guide for the national forest on a days notice! If you get the chance ask for terry he was very knowledgeable of the park and the city and was an amazing guide and experience of my trip!」

「Everything was outstanding! The location right by the Avatar mountains is breathtaking. Huge thanks to the super friendly and professional staff—they planned our itinerary, booked all our tickets, and made everything easy. The pools are amazing, breakfast is delicious with local options, and the free shuttle is a lifesaver. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!」

「Part of the national park (heavens gate) is very close (10 mins in car) other parts are further away but that would be the same for any hotel you stay in, the park is vast and has 5 gates so you would choose a gate then a hotel close to that gate. The staff here are amazing (10 star) so friendly and helpful and communication is not a problem, the hotel is simplistic and a little remote but all we needed was somewhere to sleep as there is too much to see and do, if you want to eat at the end of...

「酒店的地理位置非常好，距离东门的话只要三分钟的步行时间，而且所有员工都非常热情，酒店的话还给我送了晚安粥，下午茶还给我介绍了有免费的旅拍，还有民族服饰，摄影师给我拍了几张美美的照片。非常开心，水吧台的小哥哥还给我送了一杯鸡尾酒，点赞。」
