「our host here has to be the best we’ve encountered! she was extremely helpful with sightseeing directions , accommodating with the room and food, instantly responsive to requests. we somehow had quite a bunch of requests too. I felt really bad but she was so great. This trip would have been a lot harder to navigate if it wasn’t for her help. 「This hotel was very reasonably priced and the facility is average but what sets this place miles ahead of anywhere else is the graciousness, friendliness, kindness, and helpfulness of the host. He arranged all our local tours exactly as we wanted, he is knowledgeable about the area and all the local attractions, and his art is beautiful as well. Absolutely recommend. 」

「4つ星で、ビュフェしかない？ステーキもどこにもない。エレベーター案内には、3つのレストラン表示、だかあるのは、1階の中華ビュッフェのみ。外食は中華でも、ホテルでは、ステーキぐらい準備は、普通かと思います。酷すぎ、きちんと、案内に表示して下さい。部屋には、レストランの案内がないので、探し回った。ホテルの施設案内が、無いのは、欠陥です。また、チェックアウト時間が早いから心配したのにやはりまともなチェックアウトが出来ない。領収書の発行を、してくれなかったので、改めて、自宅へ送付を、要求する。」
