「I would give it 10 stars. It is a family operated hotel and they make you feel like part of the family. As soon as you arrive the lady in charge takes the time to explain the best routes to explore and tries to make sure to help you in any way possible. 「It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us.」
