「The location is great and the staff are outstanding. We were met upon arrival by a complimentary pickup from the airport ( or train station) and greeted at the door by Peter the friendly hotel dog. John is the English speaking staff who can help non Chinese speakers and he was beyond wonderful. Thank you so so much for all your help. 「I had chosen this resort because the pictures, and reviews looked good. I was here with my 2 adult kids . We got to the hotel a bit late from a day of exploring. Wish we did earlier. The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay.」

「Home Away from Home truly was a great experience. The grounds are gorgeous and such a beautiful place to visit and experience. The staff, Elvis, Grace, and especially Felix were tremendously helpful and friendly. They took care of absolutely everything and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. It feels less like a hotel stay and more like meeting a nice little family that welcomes you in to their beautiful mountain lodge wonderland. Definitely recommend. 11 out...

「Llegamos a las 9 de la noche y nos recibieron muy bien, súper rápido el check in, usó su traductor para entendernos mejor, nos dio una explicación muy explícita para el parque que visitaríamos, nos regaló un mapa, el cuarto muy limpio solo que olía mucho a cigarro pero pues eso es en todos lados. Volveremos en unos meses. 」
