Love the Venetian, so easy to walk over to the londoner and the parisian and you get dining and activity discounts throughout as a guest. Convenient office at the main lobby to book and get on bus to HKG/HKG or Macau airport and convenient shuttle as well. Highly recommend"

"There is no customer service regarding the shuttle bus drivers. Their attitude is obnoxious. I’m a first timer to this hotel. The bus stopped at a hotel. I’m honestly not sure if they are the same place or a cluster of places that share a bus stop. So I asked the driver while I was getting off. He could simply told me I should get off at the next stop. Instead, he blamed me for not hearing him clearly. "Above expectations, modern and clean, good substitute to five star hotel but a lot cheaper. Good transport network around, easy to get around city centre, a lot of food places and shopping around. Got everything you need in a hotel, only down side is the shower/bath tends to drain slow and prone to flooding because of the design. Not many TV channels either. Personal opinion about the airconditioner, didn't like it blowing right at my face when sleeping. If can move around the room set up...
