I would highly recommend Sofitel to everyone. We had a wonderful experience. Asad was very friendly and welcoming during the breakfast buffet, and the other staff members were also very helpful. The cleaning staff were very nice as well. During our drop-off and pick-up, all the staff were very kind they opened our car doors and helped us with anything we needed, including assistance on the first floor. We truly appreciated their excellent service and hospitality.

this hotel is excellent and in a great location. its connected to the famous furniture mall Luvre and very easy to get around to all the major shopping centers. the concierge name "Daniel" was great , he spoke such good english and was very helpfull giving us excellent customer service. that team was great !! very very helpfull

Overall pretty nice stay. Only issue was that there was no microwave in the room, so we had to ask one of the attached dining areas if they could heat up leftovers for us. After one agreed the night before, when we arrived the morning we wanted to heat up food, they told us they needed to charge us around 30 RMB (~5 USD) per dish.

It was a great experience that I had at this beautiful Sofitel hotel. The spacious rooms are very beautiful and very comfortable, the service was perfect, welcoming and very pleasant. Phoenix was exceptional and provided perfect service and very efficient service and took care of all details and made my stay very pleasant. I recommend this beautiful and welcoming hotel and I will book there again in the future. The location is perfect. I had again an amazing experience. Thank you to the hotel team and in particular to Phoenix for its high quality of service.

Great location but NO A/C!!

The location of this hotel is amazing if you’re planning to do some furniture shopping. It’s super convenient where you don’t even need to go outdoors as it is connected to the hotel. However, we complained about our room being too hot multiple times during our 2 day stay. They sent maintenance but nothing changed, when we complained again they told us they turned off the a/c of all room… and ended up bringing us a FAN. Ive never stayed at a 4/5 star hotel with this issue nor have been offered a fan… I was lost for words. Didn’t sleep well at all.
