「Booked a superior room but got an “upgrade” This is not a hotel. In the lobby you’d find signs for a number of companies that run these rooms. The room I got looked nothing like the photos. The front desk cited an electrical issue and gave us an upgrade- with three plain beds, a dripping A/C unit and shower with a toilet in it. 「客室から夜景がめっちゃくちゃきれいでした‼️地下鉄も便利で、家族でお出かけする際はたくさん利用させてもらいました。ホテルの周りにもお店や商店がたくさんあって、食事やお土産買うのも困らないです。お子連れだったのでベビーベッドまで用意してくれました。今度行き時も是非泊まりたいです。朝ごはんもバイキングで美味しかったです。部屋の掃除も毎日やってくれて、感謝です。ありがとございます♪」

「チェックインカウンターと実際の宿泊場所は異なりますが、スタッフが丁寧に案内してくれるので迷いません。連絡はすべて WeChat で行う形ですが、対応はとても良かったです。 マンション内の共用エリアは少し薄暗く、最初は不安を感じました。部屋自体もやや古さがありますが、トラブルがあっても WeChat で迅速かつ親切に対応してもらえました。 シーツやタオルは清潔で気持ちよく利用できました。 駅に近く、周辺には飲食店も多く便利な立地です。全体として、安心して滞在できる宿だと思います。」

「did not have wifi the whole staying!」

「I wouldn’t describe the bed as a bed but more like a table. The hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. We double layered a blanket so sleep on and slept without a blanket on because of how hard the bed was. Upon checkout, I received a text asking if we saw a large jacket in the room, this seemed like an odd message to receive which just add on to the confusion of the staff and how unorganized they are. 」
