「Came with a group of 4. It was a clean room and great service overall. One of the newer hotels in the area. The turns in the underground parking are pretty narrow. But aside from that it’s great. Overall stay. Staff was amazing. Every single one. 」

「Booked a superior room but got an “upgrade” This is not a hotel. In the lobby you’d find signs for a number of companies that run these rooms. The room I got looked nothing like the photos. The front desk cited an electrical issue and gave us an upgrade- with three plain beds, a dripping A/C unit and shower with a toilet in it. When I insisted, they said they could move us to the room the room the next day at noon because someone was in it. So it wasn’t an electrical issue. We checked out...
