"Above expectations, modern and clean, good substitute to five star hotel but a lot cheaper. Good transport network around, easy to get around city centre, a lot of food places and shopping around. Got everything you need in a hotel, only down side is the shower/bath tends to drain slow and prone to flooding because of the design. Not many TV channels either. Personal opinion about the airconditioner, didn't like it blowing right at my face when sleeping. If can move around the room set up...

"We stayed on the 6th floor and be aware that they have a function room on the 6th floor. On sundays they host a church group who were playing extremely loud music with the function doors open from the morning 9:30am. This is really not great with a small child and jet lag. Our room also had air conditioning issues, we had different maintenance team members look at it 4 times. We had to switch rooms in the end near midnight with no assistance from the staff. "As with our previous stay, service at this hotel was excellent; the maids always seemed to know the best (most convenient) time to clean our room. Door staff were always ready and eager to open the main door for our entry or exit, and made storing our luggage after checking out an easy process. Can't say enough about the complimentary breakfast buffet; wide variety of breakfast foods, both Asian and Western, friendly staff that quickly takes used plates/glasses off your dining table. "

"The hotel is amazing , good cleanliness , good location , friendly and helpful staff. It’s easy access to shopping mall enabled me to locate a restaurant for dinner saved the hazzle travelling around . The only concern is the size of room is 40m as stated in the booking website, however I do not feel the room is of that size ."

"I have been traveling all over the world for meetings and exhibitions and vacations. When booking flight to Guangzhou i was very concerned about where to stay, checked all reviews and hotels and decided to book with the Soluxe. Folks, this place is amazing, with great staff and polite people who shows absolute care. Whether it's helping you call the taxi and assisting when you return back. The dinning options are equal to none, room services is impeccable, a great sense of security and incredible street life around the hotel. I will always stay here whenever i am in Guangzhou.
