Love this hotel! I stay here every time coming to Guangzhou. There are lots of restaurants around the area, and food qualities were good. Breakfast buffet is excellent and I particularly like its lounge where I can have quick dinner.

We had room with view on Canton Tower and bath tub place next to the window. Great views, great location, great hotel and unbeatable price. Hotel breakfast was good, lobby connected to shopping mall, where we discovered good restaurant on the 4th floor I believe with small terrace serving American cuisine, they always give you warm bread before meal. We can also recommend restaurants Oggi (Italian), Black Bamboo that is on the same square, walking distance from hotel but we always taxi there, 5 min. We definitely stay in Conrad next time,

This is the second time I stay at Conrad Guangzhou. It is as good as always. Very clean and comfortable room. Service is always excellent. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Strongly recommend! 💪

It was very good location, Quiet place, so many good restaurants and big malls around the hotel. Nice view and live bar. Big enough indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. You need me make sure that your room is smoking room or non-smoking room. Upper floor is better than lower floors and I was 27th floor executive room, it was very convenient to access to the lounge but 2nd floor breakfast buffet was more variety of food. The staffs can speak English and kind. Hans at the reception was very helpful and nice!

Amazing staff!

We was checked in late but wow the staff was amazing. Everyone was smiling and looked after us from start to finish. We have 2 small children which was hard work but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy as possible. Only thing we didnt like was the room layouts and the way you close the doors for toilet and showers. Room hotel views are also stunning by the way😍

Great stay but service can be improved

Love the size and cleanliness of the room and accessible to down town shopping. Service was lukewarm from receptionist and the staff at main door. No smile or greeting from staff at the main door and they did not offer any help with the luggage during our departure. Overall still a very comfortable stay but don’t expect customer service from the staff like any other international hotels

Bad service

No service for the concierge, asked the breakfast confirmation, the concierge replied me maybe have!!! No eyes contact, no reaction! But the room cleaning staff is good and helpful.
