"Location was actually good with Beijin Road and Nantou museum in sight of room. MTR was slightly too far 15 mins walk. Swimming pool looked good but sadly didn’t use."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Langham Palace! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained, but what really made our experience stand out was the staff. We arrived in the morning after breakfast had already ended, and the staff was kind enough to make us something quick to eat anyway. It was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated after traveling. They also upgraded us to a nicer room, which was another wonderful surprise. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. A beautiful, clean property combined with genuinely caring staff makes such a difference when traveling. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!"

"This is probably one of the best Rosewoods I have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. I have stayed at other 5* hotels in Guangzhou but from now on this is the only place to stay. Pool beautiful and not crowded. Both bars very busy and great atmosphere. Really couldn’t fault it. Room was sensational too!!"

"Close to metro stations and shopping malls all in walking distance. Traveling with a child and we appreciated the two large sized beds. Hotel was large and did not feel crowded. Podium gym, pool and roof garden were unique with great views."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of the new city district. Convenient walk to the Canton tower and various tourist spots. Well maintained hotel. The only downside was the heavy smoking smell in the hotel bar. Not sure why smoking indoor is allowed"

"Great Hotel in a Very Good Location I had a very good stay at this hotel in Shenzhen. Overall, everything was excellent. The staff were great, the food was very good, and the breakfast was especially enjoyable. The hotel is also very well situated in Shenzhen, which makes it a convenient choice for staying in the city. The only area that could use some improvement is the business center. It feels a little rundown and could definitely use some attention and a bit of investment to bring it up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. That said, this is only a minor point. Overall, it is a good hotel with great staff, good food, a very good breakfast, and an excellent location. I would definitely give it a good rating and would consider staying here again."
