"I stayed here to attend the Canton Fair and they even provided free shuttles to the fair. The rooms are very nice and modern, with lots of amenities. The staff was so nice and very helpful. The location is excellent, center of Tianhe, with lots of eating options and the best and most modern malls and shopping centers just steps away. 100% recommended. "This hotel exceeded my expectations, especially the check-in speed—it was done in just 2 minutes, which was a huge relief after a long trip. The front desk staff were polite and attentive; they made sure I knew how to use the room’s AC and even offered extra towels. "The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the laundry service was truly impeccable. The only downside was the breakfast buffet—options were sometimes limited for vegetarians who do not eat eggs. Aside from that, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend the hotel"

"I’ve been staying at Fraser suites with my family every time we visit GZ. The location is outstanding, attached to a shopping mall, direct access to the metro in a very central part of town. Besides the mall, there are many dining options in the area, and interesting places to go. The serviced apartments have been around for a while already but everything is maintained very well. It has just about all the creature comforts one could need. The staff and service are top notch. Special thanks this time to the manageress Kitty and our housekeeper Ms Cao Xiaohua (曹小花) who made our stay extra comfortable! "
