The hotel is well maintained in a great neighborhood close to the train and shopping but for a Marriot, US Corporate, they are not up to par with making things easy for English speaking customers, they try for sure but some people don’t have the patience. I stayed at a lot of W across the globe and love their breakfast, this one again not focused at all on the North America clients, if you love a good Chinese breakfast I am sure it is delicious but I was not impressed as a Westerner

My stay at the W Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and located in a prime area surrounded by fantastic restaurants and a great mall, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive every single day. A special shout-out to Clark, who went above and beyond to help my friend who had accidentally arrived at the wrong airport. His kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful situation so much easier — we are incredibly grateful! The food was absolutely delicious, and the live music added such a fun and vibrant atmosphere to our evenings. Every meal felt special, and every detail was thoughtfully handled.
