"Amazing hotel! The view alone would be worth choosing this location, but the level of care from the owners and staff really makes the place special. It’s a short ride from the national park gates and very cheap in a taxi so well worth it over staying in town which is busy and noisy so not relaxing after a busy day in Zhangjiajie park."

"Breakfast is great, above my expectations. Location to the gate is also great. 10min walk or a couple of minutes by DiDi"

"I barely stayed in this hotel. I got in late at night, and left early morning. But the staff was very nice, and the room was comfortable. for a quick trip, recommended"

"The staff were so incredibly friendly, and the room was very clean."

"Very clean room and comfortable stay. Great location – close to the park entrance and many restaurants. The host arranged a pickup from the station for us, and the communication was smooth. They also spent a lot of time helping us plan our daily trips, explaining everything in detail. With their help, we avoided many mistakes and saved time. Would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent hotel, was a really great experience, staff were very helpful, specially employee Li Xianglin who was very kind and help us to solve all issues, hopefully hotel can have more employees like her. In general hotel experience was the best in great price and close to most famous mountain."

"The staff at this hotel is so kind and helpful! We loved our stay with them, the service was impressive. Also, the area is so beautiful and the property is very close to the Forrest Park. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"The pool was the highlight — cool, clean, and never crowded. Perfect for beating the heat. Rooms were comfy and the free shuttle made exploring easy. Great vibes all around."
