A very cozy and welcoming place to stay! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. It felt very personal and family-oriented, which we really appreciated. They helped us with booking tickets, and when we accidentally forgot something in the room, they immediately offered to arrange sending it to our next hotel. The manager even walked us outside to show us a great local restaurant for lunch, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We felt very well taken care of and would absolutely recommend this place to others!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, and the location is excellent, especially if you're planning to visit Tianmen Mountain since the cable car station is just a short walk away. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and generally comfortable. However, there were a few significant issues that affected the overall experience. First, the included breakfast is not served in the hotel itself but at a small nearby restaurant. While breakfast is included, the experience can be difficult for international travelers who do not speak or read Chinese. It appeared that guests who could communicate in Chinese were offered a much wider range of breakfast options, while others were given only a very basic meal. Another major issue was the bathroom design. The shower area has no curtain or partition, so water splashes everywhere during use. There is also a gap between the bathtub and the surrounding walls that allows water to collect in hard-to-reach places. Most problematic, the shower floor is not properly sloped toward the drain, causing water to pool and flood much of the bathroom after every shower. This made the bathroom inconvenient and uncomfortable to use.

The owners went above and beyond for us. Echo showed us to breakfast and was available to answer questions. Our plane was 3 hours delayed and the owner picked us up at 1:00 AM! Room was cool and situated in an easy place. The were so helpful and would recommend to any Americans traveling China.

주변 환경과 건물은 다소 오래되었지만 방은 비교적 청결하게 잘 관리되고 있고 집주인이 매우 친절합니다. 조식은 무료로 제공되며, 옥상에 세탁기도 무료로 사용하실 수 있습니다. 프론트에서 영어가 가능하며 여행 장소를 추천해주시기도 합니다. 집주인께서 인정이 많은 분이라 머무르는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 강력히 추천드립니다.
