「James, the host, is incredibly kind and friendly. He helped me a great deal during my trip. I enjoyed free tea and coffee provided by him. He dropped me off at the east gate, purchased scenic tickets for me, and planned out my whole itinerary. Thanks to him, my trip to Zhangjiajie was extremely relaxing. We also got fantastic weather during our stay, which made the whole experience wonderful. I had an amazing time here!」

「I had chosen this resort because the pictures, and reviews looked good. I was here with my 2 adult kids . We got to the hotel a bit late from a day of exploring. Wish we did earlier. The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay.」
