「Bathrooms needed better cleaning」

「Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. 」

「The hotel is not as clean or nice as it appears in the photos, and the facilities themselves feel quite outdated. Additionally, smoking seems to be allowed throughout the property, and there was a strong smell of tobacco in the room. While the staff are generally friendly, the overall quality of the facilities is not very satisfactory. In particular, I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. Furthermore, the travel package services offered in the hotel lobby seemed...

「Very quiet place」

「The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist spot of Wulingyuan, and there are restaurants and food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and kindly explained the sightseeing route to us, so we were able to get around smoothly. Thank you. It was a great hotel.」

「Apart from being exceptionally clean and situated in a great location, the service here was outstanding from the start. As soon as we booked, the staff responded promptly to all our questions. Upon check-in, they took the time to explain everything to us in detail. Feifei was especially helpful in planning and booking our daily excursions. Coming back to our room each afternoon to find fresh tea and treats waiting for us was a wonderful touch. The entire team was warm, attentive, and made us...

「Everything was really perfect and lovely」

「The room was well appointed and had a scenic view of the mountains. The shower had hot water and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with all kinds of services available. The breakfast was tasty with a wide assortment of options. Good coffee machine with espresso. The area is quiet and secluded - I saw some beautiful birds in the nearby trees. I also tried food from their restaurant and it was cooked well.」

「The place need renovation」

「The staff was amazing and helpful and hotel was very nice with a good location」

「We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located near Tianmen Mountain, the train station, and the 72 Wonders, making it an excellent base for exploring Zhangjiajie. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location.」

「If you want easy access, a wonderful person help planning the best sites, and willing to help. She is amazing and recommend staying here.」
