"Great hotel. Comfortable room. Incredible water pressure! Great service from the team at Langham. The hotel is located near a theme park. We were there during off peak season (end of November), enjoyed the quiet. Beautiful talian themed city 2km away (we walked to it). A great shopping centre 10 mnt drive away from the hotel. Over all a great stay. Thank you the Langham team for a memorable 3 nights stay. Doris and the front desk team, top notch service. Hope to see you again soon 😊"

"The location of the hotel is very tricky as address shown is for the area,taxi driver has difficulty in finding it until we have to ring the hotel for the direction.Our cup n glassware were not washed n leave unattended.Washing detergent was not replenish as well.we have to contact housekeeping for resolution.Travelling distance far from the high rail station.Good thing the mrt station is just located on the basement in the shopping mall next to residence."

"The Kempinski Changsha is a very good choice for the quality of the service. The staff were all very polite with a lot of attention to details. The bed room was huge with an wonderful bathroom. Breakfast with full choices between western and Asian I'll certainly stay again in this hotel any times I'm traveling to changsha"
