「The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend. 」

「Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures.」

The site location scenery are fantastic. We had a room with glass all around. We would recommend this place to everyone. We would like to suggest to Expedia is to put the adresse of the Warm place clearer with the phone number of the owner and her her name so we can contact her. We spent 3hours with the local taxi...

「Lovely and homely stay at the lodge. We were pleasantly upgraded to a cabin room which we loved. Rain was extremely welcoming and helped us with all our luggage and even brought out a heater to our room as soon as we asked. Great communication, amazing location for the Zhangjaijei mountains, and Rain even dropped us and picked us up. There is a tea master as well who makes home made teas and some cute pets. Truly feels like a lovely family run cosy home. Would definitely recommend!」
