They also helped us book our English speaking tour guide, who was very knowledgeable. The rooms are unique. Ours had a tree in it and a painted ceiling. "This hotel is a beautiful old building with spacious peaceful courtyards. The location is great. However, it is very rundown - I'm not talking about faded elegance - I'm talking about neglect and poor management. I have the impression that the owners are running this place into the ground with a view to demolition in the near future, so that it can be replaced with one of the ugly, but doubtless more profitable, glass and concrete boxes that already surround it. "The owner made things very easy for us. The best host even we had a language barrier, she tried her best to help us. We had very generous breakfast. The property is very clean. The site location scenery are fantastic. We had a room with glass all around. We would recommend this place to everyone. We would like to suggest to Expedia is to put the adresse of the Warm place clearer with the phone number of the owner and her her name so we can contact her. We spent 3hours with the local taxi...

"Room was adequate and clean. I liked the location 10 minutes walk to South Gate or SW gate can’t remember but a main entrance to two parks I visited in the Wullingyang area. Close to the town area with lots of local restaurants around. They also offered to pick me up from Zhangjiajie train station complimentary. I enjoyed coffee and early sun on the roof deck with the resident cat. "
