「Our stay was fabulous. We got a room upgrade it was amazing. Staff were super helpful and very nice. Breakfast was also good. Special thanks to Xiaoxiao who help us with tickets and to make our stay smooth. Also thanks to Hailey who also helps us at the reception. Everyone was so kind and nice. 「The rooms were spotless and the staff wonderful, unfortunately the property is quite run down ie the pool area and property facade. The staff are amazing and so hospitable, going out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The comp breakfast was very welcomed as no places to eat in the area, we also ate dinner one night and it was lovely, simple and tasty. It’s a quick walk to the middle gate entry too national park. Taxis to/from property are about 50yuan to Wulingyuan and 100yuan to...
