However, it is very rundown - I'm not talking about faded elegance - I'm talking about neglect and poor management. I have the impression that the owners are running this place into the ground with a view to demolition in the near future, so that it can be replaced with one of the ugly, but doubtless more profitable, glass and concrete boxes that already surround it. "The pool water is not clean. Very limited equipment for gym, only one treadmill and you can barely run on it…but the two girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The bed is big"

"I recently just went on a big China trip and visited the beautiful Zhangjiajie region. Staying at No. 5 Valley was an incredible experience. The host Frankie was super helpful and hospitable. The property is in a very scenic, remote area. Around 1 hour from Zhangjiajie Train Station.
The food options were vast and very accommodative and the resort. Had several activities going on throughout the day. Arts and crafts, tea ceremonies and much more.
I really enjoyed my stay and I'm looking forward to coming back. This is an excellent place to stay and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Zhangjiajie.
