「We had a room on the front, no air, room not aired, constant road noise all through the night. Mattress stained, carpet stained. Tables sticky in the restaurant - avoided breakfast.」

「Functional stop over location breaking up journey to Cornwall. AC wasn't working in one room. Staff said it was fixed after we had been out for dinner, but it hadn't and either they didn't know how to fix it or were more tolerant of the heat. Also it's an absolute cheek that the hotel charges you to stay in the car park when it's clear everyone will need to drive to it and there's nothing else there. Other than that it was average.」

「I’ve wanted to stay at the Webbington for years. Every time I’ve driven past on the M5 I’ve looked across and wondered what it was like. My dad was mildly annoyed when I told him we’d finally stayed — apparently I’ve beaten him to it after about 60 years of meaning to go!
