I was staying on the 21st floor which in itself wasn’t an issue but when you get back from a night out and large party of people are waiting for the lifts of which there are 2 it took a good 10 minutes or so to get to my room. 「This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

「Cheap and cheerful for a one night stay. A few faults. Booking family rooms up 2 and a half flights of narrow stairs, windows in both rooms were faulty doesnt shut or a shash window with no lock or safety guard on a 2nd floor. Advertised lift which doesnt go to all floor, no bistro for food, bar very limited, parking extremely tight and very limited for the size of the hotel. 」

「今回で2回目です。スタッフの方はいつも全員感じが良く、夕食ギリギリの時間に到着しましたが対応してくださいました。ボロネーゼのパスタがすごく美味しく感動しました。 施設は古いですが清潔に保たれておりベッドも寝心地がよく快適です。朝食も美味しく駅の目の前で便利です。毎回Tauntonに行く時は利用する予定です。」
