An easy walk from Cardiff Central railway station. Friendly, helpful staff. Outer security door answered promptly. The room, whilst dated, was clean & functional. Hot water & a decent water pressure in the shower. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Breakfast is no longer available but there were plenty of options in the city centre.

The hotel itself is somewhat dated and in need of a spruce up but the room itself was very clean. The staff were also very warm, welcoming and helpful. No breakfast was served the weekend I stayed but tbere are lots of nearby options available. Would definitely stay again
