However I must say it was excellent and although no TV, who needs a TV when you have a pub within 3 mins walk anyway, the room was large comfortable and excellent. However ten minutes before arriving at our destination the hotel rang me to say that they were closed and on holiday themselves. They apoligised and said hotels.com should have checked their diary and not booked any rooms out. They would be putting in a complaint via Expedia.
