"There are just too many thing to list that we enjoyed. We booked this property for for Dads 80th Birthday supprise. The property more than catered for 19 of us with extrem comfort and space. "We have a lovely stay at the end of August. The house is very comfortable and there was easily enough space for 8 of us and three dogs! The location is perfect for exploring the north Somerset coast and Exmoor, and having the hot tub to come home to each evening was an added bonus, and also the table tennis table, which we all enjoyed. Jane was very responsive if we had any queries and we were even able to check out late since no one else was coming that day. Would highly recommend for group...

"Relaxing and quiet location. The property was as listed and we were very comfortable during our stay. Little touches like Christmas tree and pint of milk were welcome. Despite the typical British weather the property’s location allowed us to explore the local area such as Cheddar Gorge and Wells. Would thoroughly recommend Berrow beach-quiet and dog friendly! We loved the view out across the fields."

"Luccombe Cottage ist einfach traumhaft - wunderschönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Es war alles blitzsauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Allein der Blick aus dem Fenster jeden Morgen ist die Reise wert. Auch die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten, Wanderungen im Exmoor vorbei am wilden Ponys, die Nähe zu verschiedenen Stränden, kleine Hafenstädte…einfach schön! Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett, auf jede Frage kam sofort Antwort. We hope to be back!"

"Our stay was flawless, conveniently located in the heart of the countryside. The facilities were great and the listing doesn’t do it justice, all of us who stayed had nothing but positive things to say about the accommodation which was thoughtfully decorated throughout. It was a shame the weather wasn’t on our side the whole time so we could make use of the great outdoor space however we were so lucky with the inside space that it didn’t affect the weekend. "This property looks great on the website but even better in person. Such a cosy well maintained, chocolate box cottage in such pretty and extensive grounds. Izzie and Willy are obviously as attentive to their guests as they are to the well manicured gardens that lead you down to the River Yarty.
