Hi, the room was clean, but very cold. Staff came to fix the heating twice, when asked. It worked after the second attempt. The check in was slow. Staff very helpful. We had a grab & go breakfast as we had an early morning flight. No take out coffee though, unless we missed it. Not good enough value ...
