The carpet had visible stains, the bed was as hard as a rock and while they gave us a second duvet to sleep on top of it didn’t do much to soften the bed. 「Amber Glow was a lovely bolt hole for our stay near Glastonbury. The accommodation was spotless & well equipped. The garden area was ideal for our small dog & was very secure. There was some traffic noise as the accommodation is on a main road but this didn't bother us. You are in a prime location for Glastonbury, Frome, Wells & other areas.」

On arrival at The Barn, we were blown away by the attention to detail, each bedroom had robes, flip flops, towels for the pool as well as fluffy bath towels for our en-suite’s, plus chocolate! 「宿泊した日はあいにくの雨だったこともありますが、二階一番奥の室内は年期が入っていました。勿論イギリスやフランス等、ヨーロッパの建物の歴史はとても古いですが、こちらは最低限度のリフォームといった感じで室内は不気味さが有り、娘はこの部屋に泊まる事をとても嫌がった。ソファーのスプリングは限界を越えています。アンティーク調というより、手を入れてない古臭さがありました。またグラストンベリーには行きたいと思いますが、あのホテルには絶対に泊まりません。」
