They were very welcoming. Slept great. Mattress could be replaced on one twin bed but did not hamper my sleeping. Great service and breakfast included in our stay. Very nice place to stay beautiful view of the gardens out our window. They dont have an elevator but upon check- in helped with our bags.

I absolutely loved this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. This is the place to go if you want to feel pampered and taken care of. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home. Their breakfast menu is amazing. The food is delicious and beats many of the cafes in the neighborhood. Their location is great- they are walking distance from everything, but still located in a quiet street where you can avoid too many tourists.

We stayed one night in a large very comfortable room, and enjoyed an elegant dinner. Everything at this small hotel was first rate -- highly recommend this hotel.

After a long overnight flight from the US, we were delighted to be greeted by the friendly staff upon our arrival. Having a parking spot was key, and staff members kindly parked our car on arrival in the small garage and removed it when we departed as we were still getting used to the narrow lanes and left-side of the road driving.
