「great hotel, extremely helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. food was excellent . stayed in a twin room i didnt sleep very well, i think the bed was too firm but i also suffer with arthritis and think that had a lot to do with it. 」

「What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home.」

「It was outstanding accommodations, comfortable bed great tub and shower. Met the owner and spent some time in the attached pub. Staff was amazing, had breakfast the next morning and that was outstanding as well. Definitely a recommendation to stay here.」

「If you are looking for a vfm option in West Bay this hotel is the place. We had room 7 on the first floor, spacious, whirlpool bath and even a teapot. In our opinion 2 negatives for this room, the mattress was way too soft and the seagulls from 0400hrs, can't really do anything about the 2nd being near the sea!!! The breakfast is quality, great choice and only £10 per day. The hotel is not statebor modern if that is what you are looking for, however the atmosphere and staff make up for it.」

「The staff was so lovely. I travelled into Yeovil for an interview and was late to check in due to train delays but they made sure to leave clear and concise instructions on how to access my room. The beds were so comfortable. They were very kind to let me check out 30 mins later because of my interview time. They were excellent and I would recommend them again and I will be sure to visit again❤️ It was a pleasure. Probably my favourite thing about being in Yeovil❤️」
