「Breakfast was disappointing as there was no bacon available during the time we were at the table. Went to the buffet area three times to look.」

「Property is beautiful and in a lovely setting. Strange set up where I received an email saying my booking was at risk as I’d given incorrect card details to secure the booking. Payment was due to be taken on arrival. Turns out the hotel needed payment up front and this is why we received the email. This seemed unprofessional and a little odd. 「今回で2回目です。スタッフの方はいつも全員感じが良く、夕食ギリギリの時間に到着しましたが対応してくださいました。ボロネーゼのパスタがすごく美味しく感動しました。 施設は古いですが清潔に保たれておりベッドも寝心地がよく快適です。朝食も美味しく駅の目の前で便利です。毎回Tauntonに行く時は利用する予定です。」

「Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. Some things, including the beds and bedding are a bit tired and could do with replacing. 」

「Arrived at the hotel after a 4 hour journey, pub was closed. Called the number, member of staff said they’d come down and let us in but then called back 2 minutes later to say no room available. There was also no parking available despite the website saying it has parking available. Still haven’t heard anything about cancellation or refund. Do not recommend!」

「Really friendly staff but my room was shabby with marked, stained and ripped wallpaper. It was located at the front of the property with a lot of late night noise and light from the main road. I see many other 10/10 reviews but can not say they reflected the room I was given. The room was clean, however.」
