"Clean and modern, with a convenient location for travelling as just off the M5. Staff slow to respond at dinner, breakfast and no show at check-out, but otherwise we had a good stay."

Little critisisms: not enough milk for the tea, asked the staff if they could deal with a fly in our room whilst we were away and they said yes.
