"So my daughter and I went there for a concert stayed for two nights when we checked in on the first night our air conditioner in our room sounded like a lawnmower or a tractor who is about to explode. I called the front desk. They said they’d have somebody come up and look at it they never did so night too. We slept without air-conditioning because the noise was so horrific it was hurting our ears. I wish they would’ve done something about this then I would’ve given the hotel about a rating."
