「Accueil très sympathique et à l'écoute, vous guidera et vous conseillera. Nous étions dans une cabane, pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur qui a suffit. cuisine commune équipée. Réfrigérateur qui pourrait être nettoyer. Salles de bain communes propres mais pas d'eau chaude. endroit très sympathique on se croirait dans la jungle et plus ou moins calme en fonction des autres touristes. 」

「女性用ドミトリーに泊まりました。清掃が行き届いてはおらず、床も埃とゴミだらけ。カビ臭いし、暗い部屋です。シャワー室からは下水の臭いがして不快でした。メインゲートは24時間開きっぱなしです。。場所自体は大通りから歩いて10分ほどのところにあるので、良いとは思います。」

「Overall poor hygiene. Breakfast was included but didn’t look appetising and flies buzzing round the fruit, hot cakes were cold and not covered up. The ‘cook’ wasn’t trained. our private room was basic- nowhere to put stuff except on floor, nowhere to hang towel in bathroom. Friend in dorm had bed bugs.」

「Très belle accueil, sympathique et chaleureux ! Bien situé pour marcher dans la ville mais aussi un peu bruyant pour cette même raison. Nous avions une chambre privée. Très confortable, climatisée et toutes les commodités. Le coucher de soleil sur le “roof top” est un incontournable! On fait de belles rencontres ☺️」

「Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hostel is in a good location, and the staff is awesome! There are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. We had issues with our shower clogging up and our room flooded during a heavy rain. The area is definitely pretty loud, so beware if you’re a light sleeper. In the end it was a good value for the price, and I’d consider it for a future stay.」

「Geschmackvolle Einrichtung (zumindest für junge Leute), sehr zentral gelegen. Familiäre Atmosphäre, gutes Frühstück, saubere Duschen und gut ausgestattete Küche. Für diese Preislage ein Geheimtipp - ich freu mich schon auf nächstes Mal.」

「思ったより狭くて蚊が多かったです。 予約ときの見落とし？かもしれませんが、現地でテントと分かりガッカリしました。か、値段的に仕方ないと割り切って宿泊。 楽しい反面 隣のテントと密着してるし、ベッドは湿気っぽかったので、この条件だとお得な感じはしませんでした。」

「We booked a room on Expedia, but when we got there they said the room had already been occupied. Then they didn’t provide any help at all to find another room there or anywhere else」

「I checked in at 4am and it was a flawless stay. Very nice beautiful property and bathroom, hot water. Very nice staff and nice restaurant. Best part is it across the street from a beach resort that you just have to buy drinks to be there. I highly recommend this place. And it’s very near lots of cool things to see like cenotes and Mayan ruins. 」

「NOT AS ADVERTISED. I arrived and was told I couldn't check in despite calling ahead that I would be a bit late. When I was finally given a bed the room was dirty, the bathroom moldy, and the sheets had a very strong smell that made me itchy. The room had no running AC, only a fan that was as loud as a helicopter. The room was significantly hotter than the temperature outside by morning. The central pool was under construction so only a small part of the courtyard by the bar was accessible. When...

「No tuvieron la amabilidad de mandar algun correo, explicando que el hotel estaba cerrado, por lo que fue imposible contactarme con ellos. 」

「EL HOSTEL TE COBRA POR CAMA NO POR PERSONA me hospede con mi pareja y solo pagamos 1 cama, a diferencia de otros hostal, es un buen ambiente, música agradable, hacen cenas temáticas. 」

「Litet slitet hotell vid stor trafikerad väg. Nära till Tulum ruiner. Fruktansvärt skitigt och slitet. Världens sämsta frukost; kaffe, en rostad smörgås, 1/3 banan och en ananasskiva. Äckliga skitiga plasttallrikar. Gula, skitiga lakan. Inget varmvatten i duschen. Enligt flera andra recensioner lånade de ut cyklar gratis, inte till oss, vi fick hyra cyklarna. Poolen går inte att bada i. Konstiga regler som inte följs!」
