「The Horse and Farrier is a great old building with lots of character. The weather was poor when we arrived so couldn’t really see the views unfortunately.
Our room, which I believe has been newly renovated was gorgeous. Really tastefully decorated to compliment the original features like the wood beams. The bathroom had a stunning freestanding claw foot bath.
A special mention to Keith who is super attentive and professional to customers.
Would recommend the Horse and Farrier. 」

Breakfast was excellent, and if you are heading out for walks, they can provide a packed lunch if you order the day before.
There must have been at least 5 extremely wellbeahaved dogs at the hotel that were owned by guests, its a super dog friendly place. There are towels to dry off the dogs and also a sink outside undercover with warm water tap to clean the dogs if needed.」
