We’re already planning to return; very impressed with this gorgeous hotel. Beautiful room, amazing power shower. Even oat milk sachets in room. Catered for one of our party who is vegan. Very clean. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Crown and Mitre is a traditional hotel so can seem a bit old fashioned I suppose, but on the plus side you get a quiet soundproof room and a good sized bath in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay there again.
