This was our first visit to this B&B in Keswick having been coming for over 25 years, but was the best so far. Excellent accommodation, exceptionally clean with the staff amazingly helpful and polite. Great Cumberland breakfasts overlooking Catbells. Will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous B&B in Keswick. 10 minute walk in centre so in a perfect location. Ample free parking on site. Staff were all lovely and friendly. We stayed in room 8 and it was a really good size and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was fantastic, cooked to order and also a selection of fruit, yogurt etc to help yourself too. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and a top class hotel
Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they made us feeling very welcomed , the breakfast was superb and you were greeted and served by a lovely happy polite waitress and the room was clean and bight with beautiful views of the mountains and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
