Excellent check-in, responsive team (while I was checking in, a receptionist asked maintenance to go fix someone in a room...by the time I got to the lift 2 minutes later then maintainer was there, on his way!). Cleanliness superb...lovely smell throughout. I'll definitely stay again.

Very tricky to get parked as the pull in outside was cordoned off by the hotel. The actual parking is behind and below the hotel. The bed was lovely but the bathroom was not so clean and shower drain blocked. Staff lovely and friendly

Shower was amazing and the sink in bathroom was a little slow draining. But overall was ok. Rooms were clean but lack of lighting was unfortunate. Breakfast was a plus! And one particular staff member was insanely quick to make sure tables were clean and dishes were collected! Kept having issues with key cards but staff were super friendly and quick to help!

All staff very friendly helpful very clean room plenty of sockets needed just a couple of extra tea coffee milk and sugar good shower but I think the drain needs a clean tray filled up and a long time to drain also floor got wet needs a door or curtain across opening

Lovely place

Really lovely hotel, was a little haven located in a convenient place. Room was lovely and staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was what you would expect but filled you for the day and had a good selection. AC was a blessing in the room!

Great location

A great sized room with great facilities the shower was very powerful and much needed after a busy day and night. The breakfast was lovely lots of choice and we would definitely stay again. We did manage to park at the hotel as well which was great.

Lets say we stay here often but this time wasnt great . Think the lift was more of an amusement as one was out of order again and traveled to every floor to get to ours . We had one coffee sachet in our room to share. As normally 2 or 4. Breakfast was lovely thank you and the male member of staff was doing his job very well and polite.
