「All the staff we met were great, cheerfull helpfull and polite. The room was clean and comfortable and what one expects in a very old building. Only 4 stars for 2 reasons the shower only worked on the large head and the food choices were very limited both in the restaurant and at breakfast. No salads and limited vegetables in restaurant. No fruit or cereal at breakfast. The hotel is remote which is part of it's appeal for us so going out in the evening is not an option,I would have struggled...

「一泊するのには十分の設備でした」

「I so want this place to succeed! It’s in the most picturesque village, but needs some TLC after a string of management changes. New team comes in August. The bedrooms are clean, small, very comfortable and well designed. Current staff are lovely, but they’re leaving in 2 weeks.」

「レストランや本館は湖に面しており景色が良い　道路の反対側の別館は急坂の上にあり移動が大変な上にリフトもなく不便　部屋はあまり広くはない」

「The reason I haven’t scored 5 is that Expedia sold us a room that had issues with noise / cooking smells as it’s above the kitchen and is noisey and smelly when the staff are cooking. We stayed in a room named Helvellyn and Expedia didn’t state any issues with any rooms. If we had booked direct with the queens head it details the room helvellyn as having issues with noise etc due to it’s proximity to the kitchen. I think Expedia have been misleading not detailing the facts about that particular...

「Very pleasant stay.」

「Clean and cosy」

「レストランの朝、夕食は最高。」

「VISITED THIS PROPERTY SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE YEARS BUT HAVE NEVER HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO STAY UNTIL NOW. WASNT DISSAPPOINTED EVERTHING FROM THE ROOM, BAR, FOOD INCLUDING BREAKFAST AND OF CORSE THE STAFF. THE ONLY NEGATIVES WERE LIMITED PARKING AND NO ROOM SAFE.」
